This grape, originally from France, has been grown in Trentino from the early 20th Century, and achieves its full potential when cultivated in upland vineyards. Light yellow in colour with pale green highlights, Pinot Bianco Classici Cembra has a floral, fruity aroma offering delicate hints of white flowers and apple. It is lively, fresh and fruity on the palate, with distinctive minerality and salinity.
