Sauvignon
Trentino DOC
The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety is cultivated in Valle di Cembra in specific micro-zones where the sharp fluctuations in temperature preserve and enhance the characteristically delicate aromas. Of a straw-yellow colour with green hues, this wine has a variegated aroma which blends spicy notes evoking nettle leaves, boxwood, gooseberry and grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh with a pleasurable sensation of sapidity and a long-lasting soft and velvety finish.
